what would you do in this situation?

I met a foreigner last year in the gym while I was doing exercise. we became friends later, but actually I don't know much about her, we just hangout several times, and I helped her several times when she had some troubles. During this Chinese New Yew, I also bought some Chinese gifts for her , tried to make her not feel so lonely in these days of family reunion. but several days later, she told me she wanted my name and my ID card number to sign up an APP, I refused her and told her it's illegal to support your own ID card to others to sign up sth in our country. yesterday she asked me if I can borrow some money to her because her dad's body get worse , she need to go back to her country, and she promised she will give the money to me when she come back to my city. I really feel sorry for hearing that her dad was sick, but it's just I don't know much about her and her life, and I also know she had a long trip to Thailand one month ago. so I feel embarrassed that I doubted my friend, what should I do? and what would you do in this situation?
