My parents live on the southwest coast of Korea, where there are vast mudflats. The area is famous for its octopus.
People catch and sell the octopus while it's still alive. As far as I know, it's mostly a family business.
Where I live, octopus this fresh is a real luxury because it's expensive.
Thanks to my parents, I get to eat it several times a year.
I like eating it alive, but today I'm going to stun it first.
