Reflection: I found that I often spoke everything without intonation, like a robot. I was focusing so hard on grammar and word choice that my brain had no energy left for pitch.

To solve the problem:

1.stress the content words (nouns, main verbs, adjectives, negatives)

❌ Robot: "I am going to the store to buy some milk." (all words equal)

✅ Natural: "I am going TO the STORE to BUY some MILK." (stretch the bold ones)

2.find the melody

I found that some lectures sounds boring is because the speakers don't have melody in their sentences. Different emotions lead to different melodies.
