How does YOUR language say it?
Today's idiom/Expression: "When pigs fly"
Meaning: You use this to say something will never happen , usually in a funny or sarcastic way.
Examples:
"He'll clean his room when pigs fly." → He'll never clean his room.
"You'll get a raise? Yeah, when pigs fly!" → You'll never get a raise.
In my language (Portuguese), we say: "Not even if the cow coughs." 🐄
Same idea, different animal! 😄
