π¨ The Horse Fair (1852β1855) ROSA BONHEUR
- 244.5 cm tall and 506.7 cm wide.
- Metropolitan Museum of Art (The Met).
Rosa Bonheur worked one year very hard on this art. She went to the horse market in Paris two times every week for a long time. She wanted to look at the horses and draw them perfectly.
She really went the extra mile to make the horses look real.
