As-Salāmu ʿAlaykum wa Rahmatullāhi wa Barakātuh 🌙
Today let us remember one of the bravest women in Islam, Nusaybah bint Ka'ab (Umm ʿUmārah).
During the Battle of Uhud, when the situation became very difficult, she stood with courage and defended the Prophet ﷺ, Muhammad. With a sword and shield she protected him, even after receiving many wounds.
The Prophet ﷺ praised her bravery and loyalty.
Her story reminds us that faith gives strength, courage, and honor. Muslim women have always held an important place in the history of Islam through their patience, sacrifice, and devotion to Allah.
May Allah grant us strong faith, courage in our hearts, and allow us to follow the examples of the righteous. 🤲
