Have you ever thought about how backbiting (ghibah) affects your heart and your deeds? The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Do you know what backbiting is?” They said: “Allah and His Messenger know best.” He ﷺ said: “It is to mention about your brother something he dislikes.” Someone asked: “What if what I say is true?” He ﷺ replied: “If what you say is true, it is backbiting; if it is false, it is slander.”
Let’s use these remaining days of Ramadan to guard our tongues, speak good, and avoid harming others with our words. 🌿
✨ May Allah forgive our slips, purify our hearts, and accept our deeds.
