Bismillāh 🤍
As-Salāmu ʿAlaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh my dear brothers and sisters.
We have now entered the last 10 nights of Ramadan — the most blessed nights of the entire year. These are the nights in which our beloved Prophet ﷺ increased his worship, sought seclusion, and encouraged the believers to search for Laylat al-Qadr, a night that is better than 1,000 months.
This is the time to:
• Increase your ṣalāh
• Read and reflect on the Qur’an
• Make sincere duʿā
• Ask Allah for forgiveness and mercy
• Give charity, even if it is small
Remember the beautiful duʿā the Prophet ﷺ taught for these nights:
Allahumma innaka ʿafuwwun tuḥibbul ʿafwa faʿfu ʿannī.
O Allah, You are Most Forgiving and You love to forgive, so forgive me.
Do not let these precious nights pass without striving for Allah’s mercy. One night of sincere worship could change your entire scale of deeds.
May Allah allow us to witness Laylat al-Qadr, forgive our sins, and accept our fasting and prayers.
Āmīn.
