You know those days when even getting out of the bed seems to be too much? How about those days when eating just takes too much energy. Forget about bathing, or leaving the house. No matter who you are, you're going to have those days. Living with mental illness can make it more difficult to find a way through. I'd love to help others in that boat with me, in any way I can. What is the first thing you do to help you get going on those days? Let's face it. We all have things that we need to do. What's your go to? Do you have one yet? Being bipolar, I know what it's like to struggle to find even one reason why I should even try. I've found some things that help, and I'd love to share them with you. One of them is; finding your tribe. Finding your tribe means, to me, finding the people who are going to listen, understand, and actually care what you're going through. Knowing that when you're able, you can do the same for them. Let's work together to get you to that point. Regardless of our differences, we're all going through something. Let's find our way through, together. When you feel comfortable doing so, introduce yourself with whatever fact about you that you feel comfortable sharing. Your favorite pet, movie, or even your favorite hat, sound good. Maybe you'd like to share a hobby you enjoy, or a fact that you know that most others don't. Tell us something that says a little about what makes you, well, YOU!
