There comes a point in life… especially after 40… where something just feels off.
Not broken.
Not falling apart.
Just… off.
You’re still showing up.
Still handling your responsibilities.
Still doing what needs to be done.
But internally…
There’s a quiet question that starts to surface:
“Is this it?”
“Am I where I’m supposed to be?”
“What’s next for me now?”
I put up a new video where I speak directly to this.
Not from theory…
From experience.
From growing up in the South Bronx…
to traveling the world as a performer…
to decades in martial arts and teaching…
to rebuilding my body and my life in this current season at 64 going on 65.
What I’ve come to understand is this:
Most men don’t have a motivation problem.
They have a structure problem.
And when you don’t have structure…
you drift.
And drifting is dangerous…
Because it doesn’t feel like failure.
It feels like “I’ll figure it out later.”
But later turns into years.
In the video, I break down what I now call the Living Strong Method.
A simple, practical structure built on four pillars:
Stabilize the Body
Clear the Mind
Reclaim the Self
Choose the Next Right Action
Not something you complete once…
Something you return to… daily.
Because this stage of life isn’t about going back.
It’s about evolving into who you need to be now.
