Good morning, Living Strong friends! ☀️
It's 4:55 a.m. here on Saturday morning, and I just finished my Black Box Journal.
One of the ideas I've been reflecting on comes from The Gap and the Gain by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy.
It's easy to focus on what's missing, how far we still have to go, or what we haven't accomplished yet.
This morning, I'm choosing something different.
I'm focusing on the gains.
I'm grateful for the connections, the families, the friendships, and the opportunities to serve. I'm grateful for the growth I've experienced and for the lessons that continue to shape me.
As I look at today, two things absolutely have to happen.
First, I want to be a good steward of the resources God has entrusted to me. I'm reviewing expenses and making sure I'm investing my time, energy, and money in what truly matters.
Second, I want to pay attention.
I've found that some of life's greatest moments begin as simple conversations, chance encounters, or small acts of kindness. Those seemingly ordinary moments often become defining moments that empower not only us, but the people around us.
My focus right now is simple:
🥋 Serving families.
🌎 Taking meaningful steps forward in building the Living Strong community.
❤️ Redefining what it looks like to protect my health, energy, and peace at 65 years old.
Progress doesn't always come from doing more.
Sometimes it comes from appreciating more.
So this morning, I'd love to hear from you.
How are you feeling today?
What are you grateful for?
What's one meaningful step forward you're working on right now?
And how are you protecting your health, your energy, and your peace?
Have a wonderful Saturday, everyone.
Live strong. 💙
