It's Working!
My first attempt wasn't doing well, so I redid the bin. It started working - albeit slowly. I cheated with a special ingredient on my 2nd bin and it just surpassed the temp on my first bin with 2 or 3 less days!
Spent Mushroom Substrate was the special ingredient. Since it is full of biota already, it seems to be jumpstarting the process! I'll upload a video tomorrow and show my setup.
