How We Keep It Bright
This isn’t just a group. It’s a space of intention. To keep it awesome and juicy for everyone, here’s how we roll:
- Come as you are. You don’t need to be “fixed” to be here. This is for humans, not highlight reels!!
- Respect over ego. We listen, we don’t lecture. We ask, we don’t assume. We share, we don’t spam.
- Depth > noise. Bring your weird thoughts, your real questions, and your half-baked ideas. That’s where the juice is! WE LOVE IT!
- No unsolicited advice. Unless someone says “What would you do?”—we lead with curiosity which is a superpower we all possess.
- Confidentiality is sacred. What’s shared here stays here (unless you have permission to take it out into the wild).
We’re building something sacred and silly and wise. Let’s be good stewards of it.
