Love this group. Personally I have changed my diet, exercise, skin and dental routines, supplements… and probably lots more since joining. As an aesthetic doctor this has given me hours of CPD, and I’ve been advising my patients differently too. Dr Abs is a great teacher, I’d highly recommend you join if you want to live a longer, fitter and more aesthetically pleasing life!
