Welcome to June at Live Your Truth Lab 💜
“The Summer I Stopped Surviving” This month inside Live Your Truth Lab, we’re focusing on healing, reconnection, identity, nervous system recovery, and becoming the version of ourselves that survival mode buried for far too long. June is PTSD Awareness Month and includes World Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Day, making this the perfect time to talk honestly about trauma, emotional abuse, masking, grief, burnout, boundaries, relationships, and what it actually looks like to rebuild your life after surviving hard things. But this month is not only about pain. It’s about what happens after. It’s about learning how to feel safe again. How to reconnect with yourself again. How to laugh again. Rest again. Speak again. Trust yourself again. Live again. Each week has a different emotional focus that will flow across: 💜 the website 💜 Discord community rooms 💜 TikTok content 💜 Facebook posts 💜 support groups 💜 healing prompts 💜 music and recovery nights 💜 workshops and discussions This is not a one-size-fits-all healing space. Some days you may need education. Some days you may need community. Some days you may need silence, music, memes, grounding tools, or a reminder to drink water and step outside for five minutes. It all counts. Whether you’re here to understand trauma, reconnect with your identity, regulate your nervous system, or simply feel less alone… you belong here. This month’s journey moves through four stages: 💔 Week 1: The Invisible Damage Understanding trauma, emotional abuse, survival mode, and the wounds people cannot see. 🎭 Week 2: Who Am I Underneath Survival Mode? Exploring identity, masking, neurodivergence, authenticity, and the parts of ourselves we had to hide. 🧠 Week 3: Rebuilding Your Nervous System Learning practical tools for emotional regulation, healing habits, grounding, rest, and nervous system repair.
