Not on just anything
But on one thing and in one industry consistently
Until it pays off
putting your bread down is the serious players way. If we wanna be taken serious, we put our bread down. The money makes it serious. And serious people respect it.
Warning- scammers don’t respect it.
But serious business people and serious players with reputation respect when anyone puts their bread down.
Another tip don’t negotiate.
Because that weakens the gesture.
If it’s not a good enough deal for you, just don’t do it. But don’t negotiate bro.
