you are talking about the art of using what you have and it all leads to action (meaning one big accomplishment)

and then it’s the belief of your most important fans that matter (be it your women or your crew/employees)

If they believe based on your actions/accomplishment and they that can’t do it then they will stay on your crew working to get to that level of accomplishment.

If they don’t respect and admire that one accomplishment as big enough to dedicate their life to then they won’t. (Hint: it will be something that they can brag to everyone else about you having)

And ignore those who can be moved by mostly talk. Because they can be bumped just as easy.
