Woes of December
This is the time of year when lots of entrepreneurs put things in cruise, coast to the end of the year. Therefore, I ask you...which describes your business best:
Yes, I get my shopping done and watch holiday movies all day. I earned it.
Not me, I get myself planned, my goals lined up and keep sprinting to the end
Somewhere in between - I still get work done, but not as much as my busy time
