Happiest Mother’s Day
Becoming a mother was the most profound experience of my life. As new life was beginning in my body I was totally in awe. It is challenging and an honor the same time. Happy Mother’s Day! Celebrate every moment of that special connection with your children. No matter how it looks, I is most intimate connection with another human being 💞💐

Healing
SCIENTISTS FOUND SEVEN PLACES ON EARTH WHERE THE BODY MAY HEAL FASTER — BUT WHAT DOES THAT REALLY MEAN? I’ll be honest… when I first read this, something in me softened. Not because it felt like some miracle claim — but because it reminded me of something we’ve quietly forgotten: that the body already knows how to heal… it just needs the right conditions to remember. According to emerging observations, there are environments where the body appears to shift into a deeper state of repair — not because of medicine, but because the noise of the world drops away. Places like: • old stone monasteries where sound is absorbed and the mind quiets • salt caves filled with mineral-rich air that supports the lungs • ancient caves with stable humidity and oxygen • cold natural springs that activate immune responses • near-silent deserts at night where the nervous system can finally rest • bee houses vibrating with subtle frequencies • and old-growth forests alive with invisible compounds that support immunity And when you really sit with it… it’s not that these places are magical it’s that they remove what is in the way. Because the deeper truth here isn’t “the body heals 2–4x faster in these places.” It’s this: the body heals best when it is no longer under constant demand. — We live in a world of constant stimulation. Noise. Light. Notifications. Pressure. Performance. And the body… never fully exits survival mode. So when you step into a place where sound softens, where air is clean, where the nervous system is not bracing for the next demand… something ancient inside you exhales. Your system shifts. From “defend” → to → “repair.” And healing begins — not because something was added, but because something was finally allowed. — What is real… is that your body is constantly regenerating, recalibrating, repairing — every single day, in ways you don’t even notice. And environment plays a role. A quiet room… a forest walk… bare feet on the earth… a moment with no input, no pressure, no expectation…

I am a very sensitive person and I want to help. My help always comes from the heart ❤️. I deeply care how my interaction affects people and I listen to them. But interaction with people is not always pleasant, sometimes they get upset and say not so pleasant words. For many years I took it personally and it hurt me. Eventually I understood that this doesn’t work and I asked advice of my spiritual teacher. He told me that I need to understand that nobody even my closest people don’t know me as I know myself. People see other people from their own perception based on their beliefs system, based on their ideas about me, themselves and life in general. When people talk to you they mostly project, they mostly actually talk about themselves. So I became very curious about their opinions as it helps me to understand them better. I became fascinated with how much I learned. The biggest key to practice is to Pause Center yourself connect to your Curiosity from the heart-loving space Listen Respond I hope it helps. Please let me know what do think and if it helps 🤗

"There is, even now, a rising flood of love. It will move anything that tries to impede it. When I can’t hear the flood of love, that’s when I know it is up to me to share love so someone else hears the currents I’m listening for. Together we make unstoppable waves—how they roar." Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer excerpt from her poem ‘Currents’ Do you feel it your heart, we don’t need any reason for it ❤️❤️❤️
