Welcome to Live Free Fitness! Here I'm going to teach you everything you need to know about training and nutrition, while giving you the framework to convert your newfound knowledge into habits that will last a lifetime.
Our training courses will cover the basics of training for building muscle, or hypertrophy, and building strength. You'll learn the basics from how to work out, all the way to some advanced program design information.
In our nutrition chapter, we will cover the basics such as the macronutrients, and some advanced concepts and ideas. This section also includes my recipe video library which I will continue to add to and expand.
Lastly, the habits section covers how to implement all this good information into your life. The best training program and meal plan in the world are worthless without consistency.
