It’s been 3days since my last post. We’ve been busy working on our theater. We tore out some closet sized bathrooms to expose the old staircase entrance to the upstairs. It’s been fun! But we’re pretty worn out. Today I’ll spend some time editing videos and maybe post a few later! What have you all been up to?

The moon is waning! That means we are entering a new moon and this one is a super moon! Has anyone else noticed a kind of bottle neck happening right around this time in the moon phase? It took me years to recognize the pattern. Kids will be difficult, moods are mooding. Arguments arise. For the ladies, our cycles are fluctuating. Our moon time is obvious, we know when we’re on our moons. But did you ever think about the hormonal cycle that quietly happens in between our moon cycles? It’s a like a whole universe is turning inside of us and we’re just washing the dishes. I’ve learned that being more aware of these cycles has helped so much. Another phase happening in a woman’s body that we aren’t always aware of is ovulation. Because most of us don’t even know when we ovulate, so we don’t recognize the patterns and emotions surrounding that time of the month. So many times I’ve been in turmoil with myself or my family and I think DEAR LORD! What is going on? And then I realize there’s a full moon or I was ovulating. But after so many times of realizing this after the damage was done, I decided to start to track these cycles so that I can prepare for them rather than being blind sided. Does anyone else dig what I’m talking about? What do you do to help you get through these cycles?
