LFG!!!
Super excited to be a part of this group! Let’s share our best practices so we can help each other grow! I’ll start…
I use Mojo for my dialer and below are all my Call settings I use 100% of the time:
- Triple dialer on
- Call hammer on
- Caller ID: Andrew H. Realtor
- Callback message: "Hello? Hello? I think I got a bad connection, let me call you back in a minute."
- 4 rings per dial
Dialing process:
- Use same number every time (seasoned the number and registered it as non spam to keep it from showing spam)
- Call list once through then again
- Never leave voicemail while dialing (I use Sly Broadcast to send voicemail messages ahead of time. Message is "Hello, this is Andrew I was calling to see if you are still looking at offers on your property? Give me a call at XXX-XXX-XXXX. Again that's XXX-XXX-XXXX. Thank you!")
- After 2nd dial through, send every mobile number a text (John? Is this John? Hello John?). I mix these three up to prevent spam text filtering.
- Any text answers I ask if they can jump on a quick call or if texting would be better.
- If they prefer text I just go through the script line by line.

Follow these steps to keep your number from registering as spam...
2. Your first dozen calls or so, call people you know and let them know beforehand that you’ll be calling from a different number and just stay on the line for a few minutes at a time.
3. Incrementally increase call volume on your numbers. Don’t make 300 calls the first day you use a number
4. Mix in texts and voicemails occasionally not just calls.
5. Always answer callbacks even if you don’t know who’s calling.
6. Don’t spam call the same numbers more than 2-3 times in a day.
