Wednesday Check In
I have been working on being present. I mentioned yesterday that today would be a busy day but I was able to get outside today for a quick break. I love this time of year on our campus. Our grounds crew does a remarkable job with the gardens, and I took time to admire the flowers during a walk. Before we know it, the snow will be falling again. Enjoying this time where I can feel the sun on my arms and face, and all the colors around campus. Truly being present on my walk.
