Find Your Biggest AI Opportunity
Before adding more tools, find the bottleneck.
A bottleneck is the task or problem slowing down your business. It could be inconsistent marketing, slow replies, poor follow-up, admin overload or not knowing what to post.
Use this quick audit:
- What task repeats every week?
- What task gets delayed when you are busy?
- Where do potential customers lose interest?
- What do customers ask you repeatedly?
- What work requires your judgement, and what work mainly follows a pattern?
Then use this prompt:
"Act as an AI implementation consultant. I run a [business]. My recurring tasks are [list]. My main business bottleneck is [problem]. Identify the three best opportunities to use AI, rank them by ease and impact, and give me the first step for each."
