It’s pretty simple when I think about it—I wasn’t in the right mindset. Every Sunday, I take time for myself, no inputs, just pure reflection. This past Sunday, I didn’t do that. I took in too much, ended up overloaded, and started my week already behind.
My apartment was a mess, I hadn’t prepped for my calls, and all that together just threw me off balance.
This was a big reminder for me that I NEED my reconnect Sundays to set myself up right for the week. Also, since these calls from 2 PM to 6 PM drain so much of my mental energy, I decided it’s time to switch things up.
Here’s my new game plan:
- 06:30 AM: Watch the sunrise
- 07:00 AM: Deep work
- 09:00 AM: Go for a grounded walk
- 10:00 AM: Start my calls
- 02:00 PM: Exercise
After that, my schedule’s pretty open.
This new schedule helps me in a few key ways every day:
- I can stick to it no matter where I am, which makes it easier to earn consistently without overthinking.
- I won’t eat until I’ve finished my calls, so I’ll be super sharp and hungry for success.
- It gives me time to think, be, and build connections, helping me live that limitless life!
