This is a great community for anyone who is looking for a group of self motivated and highly driven individuals. The challenges set each month keep you engaged and push you in your own individual way. Daryl has walked the walk and practices everything he preaches. This group will help you learn about yourself both physically and mentally!

Would definitely reccomend this community, a like minded group, lead by a forward thinking person, with plenty of ideas to push the body physically and mentally to get the best out of one another 🤙

A great community full of people wanting more, willing to push themselves, and with the right group around to support everyone through it. The combination of monthly themes and the in person meet ups has been a game changer for getting more from myself.
