Men are not trash. Women are not crazy. Everyone is damaged. Most are distracted. Everyone needs healing and not everyone is aware of what or how to heal. Nobody has all the answers. Be patient. Be transparent. Be compassionate. Be open to love. Be the light.

The only way to heal is to face your shadows and love yourself through it. Seek God. There you find peace.
