The 2nd guy responded. Adversity isn’t a sign from God we should stop. It’s a natural part of the process. But it’s a good thing that the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in us.
Hello gentlemen. I understand we are all different genetically, and I myself am new to loving myself and putting good things into my body. I meal prep, drink water and watch what I digest. In addition, I want to take the right vitamins and supplements to support what I’m doing. Colter I saw on the curriculum you mentioned drinking green juice lol. What’s that? And what vitamins do you all recommend? Considering I’m on a weight loss journey and working to stay healthy. I take the One A Day but I imagine there’s more to it. I’m not trying to break the bank but I do want to take steps forward in that. Just curious what you guys do
