While the main focus for Life Skool is Ayurveda, the “Science of Life and Longevity”, we draw shared inspiration from the knowledge of many ancient arts and sciences: Yoga, Tantra, Jyotisha, Vastu Shastra, Mysticism, Alchemy/Rasa Shastra and much more.
We provide insight, education and guidance on diet, lifestyle, exercise, meditation, nutrition, herbology, breath-work, and the pursuit of excellence.
