You won't find a more insightful, worldly guide in the Ayurvedic healing space. Matty's lectures are interesting & fun, but what sets him apart is how practical his guidance is. Making a few small adjustments based on his teachings has transformed my life. I now practice an Ayurvedic lifestyle for my Kapha dosha. For the first time ever, I feel balanced, have soooooooooooo much more energy, and am fully equipped to meet my physical and wellness needs. Look no further for a kind, caring teacher!
