Me? I set alarms for everything so that I'm not late.
Got a meeting? Set an alarm for 5 or 10 minutes before, depending upon if I need to prepare.
Got an appointment? Add it to the calendar so that a reminder pops up when you need it.
Need to reinforce routine? Set alarms for the things you're trying to set a habit for.
Do you hyperfocus? Set an alarm to set boundaries for your work time and effort.
For many of my alarms, I set them to go off on my Apple Watch so that I get the haptic interruption on my wrist. That gets my attention.
