Can I share something that changed everything for me?
A limiting belief isn't a flaw. It isn't evidence that something is wrong with you. It was actually a protective pattern โ something your nervous system created at some point to keep you safe. ๐
It worked then. It made sense then.
But here's what I want you to sit with today:
You don't have to keep carrying something just because it once kept you safe.
Your nervous system is incredibly loyal โ it holds onto patterns long after the threat is gone. That's not weakness. That's just how we're wired. And the beautiful thing is, once you understand that... you can finally start to release it with compassion instead of fighting yourself.
Take a few minutes today to just notice. Is there a story you keep telling yourself that feels like truth but leaves you smaller? ๐ฟ
You don't have to fix it today. Just notice it.
We're going to go much deeper into this on Monday โ because this deserves more than a post. ๐
Drop a ๐ฟ below if this landed for you. I'd love to know.
