Here's something I want you to know before the weekend starts:
Rest is not a reward for finishing everything. It is a biological requirement. Your nervous system cannot process, integrate, or heal while it is still running on overdrive. And most of us spend the weekend in a version of overdrive we've just learned to call "relaxing."

Your brain consolidates learning, emotion, and experience during periods of genuine rest β€” not during sleep alone, but during any state where your nervous system shifts into parasympathetic mode. That peaceful, unhurried feeling isn't laziness. It's when the growth actually happens.
This weekend, I want to invite you to restore on purpose. Not crash. Not numb. Restore. 🌱
