1. What habit showed up for me this week β even imperfectly? (That one deserves acknowledgment before you move on.)
2. What habit kept slipping β and what was actually in the way? (Not the excuse. The real reason. Timing? Energy? Mental load?)
3. What's one small adjustment I can make β not a harder commitment, a smarter one? (Smaller. Simpler. More realistic for your actual life.)
