Before anything else today β before the week pulls you in every direction β I want you to do something for yourself.
Find a quiet moment. Even just two minutes.
Tap gently on the side of your hand and say out loud β or just in your mind:
"Even though the week has started and there is more to do, I have permission for myself to be myself, I deeply and completely accept myself."
Say it three times as you tap the side of your hand. Slowly. Mean it even if it feels strange.
Then touch the eight points and say 'permission to be myself' at each point. Top of head. Eyebrow. Side of eye. Under eye. Under nose. Chin. Collarbone. And finally the hug.
Then take one long breath out.
That's your release for today. Not fixing anything. Not solving anything. Just acknowledging where you are β and accepting yourself there. You have permission for yourself...to be yourself. There may be more to do, more you wish you could do, more you have to do...but first, you have permission to be YOU.
Notice what comes up when you say it. Does part of you resist it? Does something feel tight? That resistance is information. That's the pattern.
