Today, we're doing something different.
Christina and I are going to guide you through 3 rounds of EFT tapping for constricted breathing—and we want YOU to do it with us in real time.
How This Works:
BEFORE we start: Take a deep breath right now and rate your breathing on a scale of 0-10:
- 0 = totally constricted, shallow, can't get a full breath
- 100 = completely open, easy, full breath
