Tell Us Your Situation — We’ll Help You Identify The Pattern
You don’t need to diagnose them.Just describe what happens.
Share:
• What they do when upset
• How they react to boundaries
• What conversations feel like
• How you feel after interactions
Avoid labels — focus on patterns.
I (and the community) will help you recognize the relational pattern so you can respond wisely instead of reacting emotionally.
You can keep details general — no names needed.
Note:
The goal isn’t proving someone is a narcissist.
The goal is understanding the dynamic you’re living in.
Not sure which pattern fits?
Start here and watch the short breakdowns:
👉 The 5 Types of Narcissism course is in the CLASSROOM tab.
Watch whichever one feels closest, then come back and describe what you’re experiencing.
