11 new members this week. Most of you know I already sweat with in real life. So you know what you're getting into. 😜
I'm going to be honest — I'm brand new at this online thing. I'm still figuring out video editing and it's humbling. But you already know what I'm about. You've seen it firsthand. Now I just want to bring that same energy here.
This week I got every strength workout in despite a packed schedule. Played a round at the Cowboys Club and I'm hitting the ball longer than I have in years. Didn't play a single round last year. The difference? Core strength. That's it. One thing leads to another.
Hiked with the boys this morning. They're filling in for my London crew while I'm away —they are good sports. And I've been bouncing solo which is... not nearly as fun without my Bounce House crew. But I'm still doing it. Because that's the point.
This community is where we talk about all of it. The workouts, the wins, the weird stuff nobody tells you about getting stronger after 40. I want to hear from YOU.
