I Just Did the Thing
I just recorded my About page video. Third take. No script. Just me talking.
If you'd told me a month ago I'd be building an online community and recording videos of myself talking to a camera, I would have laughed.
But here's what I know. I'm 62. I'm in the best shape of my life. And I have something worth sharing.
I spent 30 years losing and gaining the same 30 pounds. I hurt my back doing yardwork and couldn't tie my own shoes. Then I found strength training and learned how to actually fuel my body. Everything changed. And it stuck. Almost 5 years now.
So here I am. Building this thing one step at a time. Figuring it out as I go. Kind of like that first week in the gym when nothing made sense but you keep showing up anyway.
