Goals
Just got off an amazing coaching strategy call with a member of Ed's team. The value we are getting in here is incredible.
It prompted me to ask a question about goals for the community. Remember the definition of success, as suggested by Earl Nightingale, is 'the progressive realisation of a worthy goal'.
So with that in mind take a moment to consider your goals in the following:
1) Your goals for your coaching business within the next 1-3 years
2) Your monetary goals for your coaching biz within the next 1-3 years. How much income do you want to be generating from your coaching biz?
3) What short-term goals (3 - 12 months) do you have in terms of building, growing and scaling your coaching biz?
