AI is making it incredibly easy to look like you know what you're talking about. Anyone can ask ChatGPT for 20 powerful coaching questions. You can ask it for a framework for overcoming limiting beliefs. You can get an exercise for building confidence. It'll give you a breakdown of attachment styles. You can even an entire coaching session structure. But there's a problem... Having the information doesn't make you a great coach. And I think AI is about to expose that. Because when your client is sitting opposite you saying: "I know I shouldn't feel like this, but I do." "I know I should leave, but I can't." "I know I need boundaries, but every time I try to set one I feel guilty." "I know my partner isn't my ex, but I still can't trust them." ChatGPT can't do the work for you. You have to know what to do next. And that's where that little voice a lot of coaches have starts appearing… "Am I actually good enough to help this person?" "What if I don't know what to ask?" "What if they bring me something I don't know how to deal with?" "What if I can't get them a result?" We normally call that imposter syndrome. But I think sometimes we're trying to solve the wrong problem. Maybe confidence doesn't come from convincing yourself you're a great coach. Maybe it comes from becoming one. Because there's a huge difference between sitting opposite a client hoping you'll ask the right question… And sitting there knowing: I understand what's happening here. I recognise the pattern. I know where we're trying to get to. And I have a process for helping this person get there. That's the opportunity I think AI is creating. Generic information is becoming free. Generic coaching questions are becoming free. Generic advice is becoming free. So the coaches who thrive are going to need to be able to do something much deeper. Actually help people change. That's what I'm talking about this coming Monday 12th October in my free live masterclass: The Coaches AI Can't Replace And How to Become One

The Expert Coach Certification is sold for £5,000. This is not some fake marketing technique to get you to trust me. The truth is the online space today is not that empowering. There are few communities available for coaches and consultants That provides real value and most are just spam communities. . . Day in and day out my ads get bombarded with negative comments about coaching I get tired of people commenting negative things. how all coaches just want to make money etc Coaching is a scam etc Making money is not why I decided to become a coach. There is nothing wrong with making money from coaching However, if it is the most important factor to you as a coach You are most likely going to fail. . . Money is a by-product of being an amazing coach. Money is a by-product of being able to create amazing transformations with clients The truth is most coaches/consultants are just not that good at the skill of coaching
