Getting uncomfortable
I’ve had a break through just now.
For too long I’ve wanted to coach veterans and first responders. To serve them in a way that wasn’t available to me when I needed it most.
But I’ve held back - Worried about what people might think of me coaching (veterans and first responders can be a judgemental bunch!)
This community and have inspired me to take action. As Sir Richard Branson says, ‘Screw it, let’s do it’.
So I’ve just sent a message to a mate proposing he’s my first (free) client. I’ve been informally coaching him as it is and he is the perfect avatar for my services:
  • Former cop
  • PTSD(G)
  • Struggling to regulate emotions
  • Relationships suffering as a result (wife, children, friendships)
Thank you to everyone in this community who have been so inviting, supportive and encouraging. You really have inspired me to take action.
I’m excited to start my coaching practice!
Have an amazing day! 🙏
