I take responsibility for everything in my life.
I also wanted to share part of my process, I do part of my tracking by making sure that I'm balancing my life in multiple areas, with some color coding. I did blur out things for my own privacy. I did make this particular Calendar Book myself but it is based off of a calendar / acceptance and commitment Therapy book made by a very kind occupational therapist that I met a few months ago. I just made a few modifications and print out for myself, for a little bit more of what works for me but based on the same principles.
I will be writing that down every day! And thank you in advance for all the support!
