90 Day Responsibility Challenge - What I learned and achieved!
Some of you have asked about my 90 Day ChallengeπŸ€—πŸ’ͺβ€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸͺ·πŸ™πŸŽ‰: I completed my 90-Day Responsibility Challenge on 9/28/24. I plan to continue, and I encourage you to do the same. If you take this seriously by delving into your psyche, getting to know yourself and your triggers intimately, and then initiate positive changes that evolve into positive habits, you will be transformed. Pace yourself with the modules and embody the information. Remember why YOU signed up for this program. Do not compare yourself to anyone else’s journey, we are all unique and at varying stages of our own souls evolution. This is not a race, and the process can offer a roadmap to deep healing if you are ready and willing to face your own shadows.
WHAT I LEARNED🀯:
The most significant lesson I gained was discovering blind spots where I wasn’t taking FULL responsibility in my life. I realized that embracing responsibility wasn’t just about acknowledging my actions, it was about understanding their impact on my relationships, my habits, and ultimately, my self-worth. Taking FULL responsibility gave me the acumen that has brought me that much closer to creating the life I desire, it all boils down to Awareness and Self-Accountability.
What I learned from taking FULL Responsibility: Top five blind spots uncovered:
1. Communication: I learned that I am responsible for how my words and actions are perceived by others. People react to using their subjective interpretations, and their perception often holds more weight than my intention. If I want harmonious relationships, I have the power to shape that through my word choices and actions.
2. Diet/Nutrition: I’ve struggled for years to fully transition to a high raw lifestyle. Through taking full responsibility, I stopped blaming external factors like the unhealthy items brought into the house by others. Instead, I took charge by making sure the items I needed for my goals were always available. This mindset shift made me stronger each day, resisting temptation and building healthier habits.
3. Routines: Despite getting eight hours of sleep, I often felt drained and couldn’t understand why. I realized I needed to take control and establish more structure not only around sleep, but around anything that was draining my energy or made me feel unproductive. I also wasn't getting everything done that I wanted to get done, even though I had the time to do it. Taking FULL responsibility I set out to change this.
4. Boundaries: I thought I had good boundaries, but working from home blurred the lines between personal and professional time. I learned that setting clear, firm boundaries is crucial to maintaining balance, ensuring my time is respected and maintaining my energy throughout the day and week.
5. Radical Self-Care and Self-Love: Through this challenge, I discovered that I wasn’t prioritizing myself as much as I thought. By taking FULL responsibility for my self-care, I learned to put my needs first, honor my well-being, and engage in self-love practices without guilt.
WHAT I ACHIEVED🀯:
The most important achievements were built from the lessons that I learned above. I have basically built the foundational habits of setting myself up for success within the 90 Day challenge.
What I achieved from taking FULL Responsibility: Top five achievements
1. Consistent Morning/Nighttime Routines – I now wake up earlier, with dedicated time for reflection and setting the tone for my day. I start each day with prayer and meditation with the sole purpose of giving thanks, expressing gratitute and embodying Compassion, Peace, Love, Resilience, Discipline, Light and All that Is and then positive self talk in the mirror and Mel Robbins High 5 Habit.Β My nighttime routine ensures success of my morning routine. My computer is closed almost every night by 9PM. I turn off my work mind and start reflecting on my day. I end my day with prayer and meditation with the sole purpose of giving thanks, expressing gratitute and embodying Compassion, Peace, Love, Resilience, Discipline, Light and All that Is. I also talk to Source throughout my day. These routines have blocked out 99% of self sabotage and negative self talk.
2. Effective Communication – I consciously work to foster understanding in my relationships, balancing assertiveness with empathy.Β Through this awareness, I’ve learned to communicate with more softness while still being assertive, embodying compassion, and aiming for win/win outcomes in conversations.Β By taking FULL responsibility for the outcome of all my interactions I am not worried about how I am perceived by others and always hope the person leaves more empowered after our interaction.
3. Healthy Eating Habits – I’ve transitioned toward the high raw lifestyle I’ve always desired, ensuring I nourish my body with what it needs.Β During this challenge I did a 53 day FAST- Juicing, Water, and Dry. Definitely Divinely guided. I decreased blood pressure, cravings, inflammation, weight and more. I feel like I can accomplish anything. You can read about this experience in my previous posts.
4. Boundary Setting – I’ve established clear boundaries between work and personal life, creating more harmony and reducing stress/overwhelm.Β There was initially resistance from my family, but after 1-2weeks of new rules everyone fell in line and even started being more productive themselves. I complete my top priority items before noon each day.
5. Prioritizing Self-Care – I engage in activities that nurture my mind, body, and soul, ensuring I maintain a healthy balance in all aspects of life.Β I have release 90% of everything that no longer serves me. I am not bound to the self limiting constraints force on us by this 3D Matrix, but that's a whole "nother" topic. πŸ€—β€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸͺ·πŸ™
