1. What are you working on? Which pillar, which installation, or what area of your life.
2. What have you tried? What actions have you taken so far.
3. What specifically do you need? One clear question. Not a situation — a question.
Example of a question I can't help with: "I'm struggling with eating healthy."
Example of a question I can help with: "I'm on Week 2 of Project You: Protein First. I'm hitting my target Monday to Friday but falling apart on weekends. Should I adjust my target for weekends or build a different strategy for those days?"
