Last year nursed my Step-Father during his final months with Alzheimer. Personally I have dealt with Depression since early age. Cutting as a teen. Hating myself and being suicidal since my teen years. i had Suicidal Ideology. In the past 30 years I have SURVIVED , two hospital stays for attempted suicide. Hating myself, and my life. Asking God what the purpose of all the suffering was. Losing Faith in God (multiple times) and going toxic on multiple medications during 20+ years and doing more Permanent damage to my brain and body. BUT also 20 years of regular therapy and counseling, CBT, classes, health and fitness classes. I take an EDUCATION + Behavioral BASED APPROACH. Teaching everyone that before the big bang was Heaven. In 40 billion years will be the Big Return. Everyone is an IMMORTAL light being in a body and we are all here for a reason. Trans & LGBTQ+ are energetically "wired" differently. Trans Especially have it the hardest. It is like shoving a battery into a device BACKWARDS and forcing it to work. It can be very painful energetically like they want to crawl out of their skins. I understand, and have incredible comparison. I totally support hormonal therapies for teens & adults.
