Life Stories Studio is a welcoming, creative workshop for seniors and older adults to reflect, connect, and preserve the stories that matter most. Through guided storytelling, music, writing prompts, conversation, and hands-on creative activities, participants will capture meaningful memories and create a lasting legacy for future generations.
More than a writing class, this is a relaxed and uplifting space to laugh, remember, share, and celebrate a life well lived. Whether you want to preserve family history, pass down wisdom, reconnect with meaningful memories, or simply enjoy meaningful community, this workshop offers a gentle and inspiring place to do so.
Themes may include family roots, favorite traditions, defining moments, meaningful music, and legacy messages. No writing experience is needed, and participants may share as much or as little as they wish. Bringing photos, letters, journals, or keepsakes is encouraged to help spark memories and stories.
