Welcome to The Anger Academy, a program offered by Miles Ahead Training and Wellness LLC.
I’m Chrissy, a QMHP and Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS-I) with over 20 years of experience, and I’ll be guiding you through this 8-week program.
First, I want to say this:You’re in the right place.
This program is designed to help you understand your anger, gain control over your reactions, and learn practical tools you can use in real-life situations.
🔥 What to Expect
Over the next 8 weeks, you will learn how to:
  • Understand what anger is and why it happens
  • Identify your personal triggers and warning signs
  • Use techniques to calm yourself in the moment
  • Communicate effectively without aggression
  • Solve problems and handle conflict in a healthier way
  • Maintain your progress long-term
This is a structured program, not just a conversation.Each week builds on the last.
