I’m Chrissy, a QMHP and Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS-I) with over 20 years of experience, and I’ll be guiding you through this 8-week program.

This program is designed to help you understand your anger, gain control over your reactions, and learn practical tools you can use in real-life situations.

Over the next 8 weeks, you will learn how to:
- Understand what anger is and why it happens
- Identify your personal triggers and warning signs
- Use techniques to calm yourself in the moment
- Communicate effectively without aggression
- Solve problems and handle conflict in a healthier way
- Maintain your progress long-term
This is a structured program, not just a conversation.Each week builds on the last.
