I’m an American with Irish roots, a father, a husband, and someone who has walked through the fire of feeling like a failure — and emerged with a deeper purpose. I’ve dedicated my life to helping others come home to who they truly are, especially those who are here to make a difference in the world but feel stuck, misunderstood, or overwhelmed. This is more than a business for me. It’s a mission. I created Life Balance Global Community and Life Balance TV as a sanctuary for soul-seekers, coaches, creatives, and everyday people who are ready to step into alignment and begin living their version of a perfectly balanced life. It’s a place where awareness turns into clarity, clarity into direction, and direction into empowered action. “On A Mission To Do My Part In Making Our World A Better Place By Raising Global Consciousness” Why I Do What I Do... I feel a deep connection with and empathy for anyone who feels stuck, who feels confused, who feels misunderstood — because I’ve been there. While I think my path (personally and professionally) was necessary for me, it was also often painful and hard and frustrating as hell. If there’s any part of my experience, any part of what I’ve learned, any tool or resource that I’ve gained that might help someone else move through what I’ve gone through with greater ease, more grace, and stronger compassion for themselves — that’s what makes this work worth doing. I want you to know: you’re not broken. You may just be out of alignment with your own energy, your own blueprint. My purpose is to help you reconnect to it—because once you do, everything shifts. I guide people through an empowering process of: 1. Awareness – seeing what is, what’s missing, what’s possible. 2. Deep Understanding – not just mental, but energetic and emotional insight. 3. Rachel’s path to Life Balance Global didn’t start in the coaching world — it began in the structured, fast-paced environment of corporate operations, where precision and trust are non-negotiable. For years, she worked with global teams, building relationships, managing complex processes, and keeping everything moving behind the scenes. But beneath the spreadsheets and strategy calls, there was always a deeper pull — toward work that felt more connected, more human, and more purposeful. That’s why, when the opportunity came to help shape the UK branch of Life Balance Global and connect directly with coaches and visionaries, Rachel said yes. The Bridge Between Vision and Opportunity... Rachel’s role is about connection — creating the link between a coach’s dream and the right platform to bring it to life. Whether it’s guiding someone into Life Balance TV Coach Academy to launch their own show, introducing them to Unleash Your Coaching Brilliance, or opening the door to a Life Balance Global Retreat, she makes sure every conversation leads somewhere meaningful.
