✨ My work is grounded in a decolonial, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach. I understand sensations and emotions as wise responses to both personal and collective conditions. Your consent, boundaries, culture, politics, and lived experiences are welcome here.
💛 This is a quieter space for small practices, reflection, and staying connected to your body at your own pace. Some people may find the Liberated Body Circle is enough for now; others may later choose private sessions for more individualized support.
